Meet the first wearable designed for Natural Cycles. Enjoy the ease of automatic measuring with a wearable while you sleep, then sync it to the NC° app in the morning. The battery life is 14 nights, and no third-party integrations or additional subscriptions are required.

How it works

Simply sleep wearing NC° Band with the sensor on your inner wrist. It continuously measures your temperature overnight and automatically syncs when you open the NC° app, updating your fertility status. You can sync anytime (i.e., it doesn’t have to be right when you wake up), but it’s important to check your current fertility status daily. NC° Band also measures heart rate, and can automatically exclude temperatures if your data indicates that you might be unwell.

The NC° Fertility Algorithm uses your temperature data to track your fertility. When you open the app and sync NC° Band, you’ll get your updated fertility status for the day. Those using NC° Birth Control will either get a Green Day (not fertile) or Red Day (use protection). Aim to measure at least five days a week to get the most from the app.

As with all measuring devices and wearables compatible with Natural Cycles, NC° Band meets our strict standards for effectiveness. NC° Birth Control is 98% effective when used as intended, and 93% effective with typical use.
