Your PC muscle - Pubococcygeus, is the hammock-like muscle that stretches from your pubic bone to coccyx, supporting your pelvic organs and internal genitalia. 

Strengthening of the pelvic floor (PC) muscles is recommended, as this helps to control and prevent stress incontinence. Pelvic Floor Trainers can help with this process and can also be used during pregnancy if advised otherwise by your physician.
