All set up to get the most out of Natural Cycles?
To get started with Natural Cycles you need a Natural Cycles account and a basal thermometer.
A basal thermometer is a digital thermometer displaying two digits after the decimal, i.e. 98.31° F (36.65°C). This accuracy is required to optimally find the small temperature rise that occurs when you ovulate.
Once we have gotten to know your cycle a bit we will recommend for you to take an LH test (ovulation test) a few days a month. This is optional but may help detect your ovulation quicker.
Natural Cycles is a 93% effective, natural method of contraception that is delivered in the form of an app. It uses a smart algorithm that is sensitive to subtle patterns in a woman’s cycle to determine daily fertility, based on basal body temperature.
Natural Cycles does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). A condom should be used to protect against STIs.
Natural Cycles is the only app to be FDA cleared and CE marked for use as contraception.
