Overview

Natural Cycles uses your basal body temperature (BBT) to track and predict the phases of your unique cycle. Our specifically designed thermometer provides a highly accurate temperature and stores the data in case you forget to add it to your app.

How it works

As soon as you wake up, use the thermometer to measure your temperature. Try to take your temperature at the same time every day for more consistent results. Add your reading to the app. The Natural Cycles algorithm uses your temperature data to track your fertility. You’ll see a Red Day (fertile) or Green Day (not fertile) displayed in the app. Accidentally miss a day? Don’t worry. Natural Cycles is just as effective if you forget to measure. Aim to measure at least five days a week to get the most from the app.
