The Natural Cycles Bluetooth thermometer syncs directly to your phone making tracking that much easier. The backlit panel and optional beep reduces disturbance and makes for gentler mornings. Store up to 30 temperatures to upload to the Natural Cycles app at your own convenience.

How it works

First, pair your thermometer with your phone (follow the steps in the app). When you’re ready to start measuring, use the thermometer to take your temperature as soon as you wake up at roughly the same time each day. Open the Natural Cycles app to sync your temperature reading.

The Natural Cycles algorithm uses your temperature data to track your fertility. When you open the app, you’ll see your fertility status. Those using NC° Birth Control will either get a Red Day (fertile) or Green Day (not fertile). Aim to measure at least five days a week to get the most from the app.
